I wanted a high quality lightweight core layer for under a rain jacket. I need a chest pocket for a phone and I wanted it as far under $100 as possible. This time of year it was impossible to find locally. The fit and performance of this vest is perfect. Very comfortable and roomy. A bit longer in the trunk than others I tried but comes with a waist cinch feature.
