It's a great layer! Very breathable not wind resistant by any means. Definetly worth the money though if you prefer a full-zip layer compared to a pull-over.

This jacket is warmer than my heavy fleece jacket yet very light. The cut is feminine and flattering enough to wear as casual wear with non-techy clothing yet performs in the outdoors for sports activities. I like the fact that the arms are plenty long and dont come riding over your wrists. It is very soft to the touch.
