These shoes are extremely nice! Lightweight low cut and fits the foot well. They are also very comfortable. The only downside and this might be on the account that I have flat feet is that the sole has worn out considerably within the year I've owned them. Overall I would greatly recommend!

Love the fit of the shoe; could even be worn with no socks. Most of the trail running I do is rocky and technical (Canadian Rockies) making this shoe inappropriate. This shoe would make a great short distance racing flat on well groomed terrain. stevenmiller.ca
