While Kelty designed their Red Cloud 5600 pack for recreational outdoor enthusiasts who don't want to buy a high-end expedition pack for their summer trips this backpack doesn't cut corners on features. This hydration-compatible pack features a lower sleeping bag compartment ice axe loops and even a fleece-lined pocket for your sunglasses or other optics. Kelty packs fit most torsos well (the packs are gender specific--this one is for guys) and feature triple-ply foam along the waistbelt and double-ply foam throughout the shoulder straps.
