I love just about any Keen shoe whether it is closed toed such as this one or sandal type. This purchase was my first Portola shoe and I found it to be a bit stiff on the sole surface. I inserted a gel cushioned insole which did the trick to soften the walk.

These shoes were a recommendation from a coworker. They are quite possibly the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. The heal is a bit high before breaking in but once it does they're great. I would highly recommend.

The Portola shoe is extremely comfortable. I purchased a pair four months ago and purchased my second pair last week. This shoe is worth the pricey dollar for the comfort and quality. I hope they never change this model. Note: You need to order 1/2 size larger than normal in the Portola shoe.

Fit is just like other Keen's - comfortable! I like to wear them everywhere - they work with Khaki's for business casual or jeans for casual casual.

These shoes are so much fun - I have the Carnelian (Red) pair. I may have to order another pair. Comfortable and yet full of style.
