Climbed East Butte of Whitney and DC route on Rainier with this pack this year...loved it. Organization is simple there is none! I know how to organize my own gear so I don't need the extra zipper weight and hassle. The RMI guides built this and they like things simple...a lot of them even dump their top lid compartment while climbing. Sailcloth is a cool fabric to build packs from...haven't seen other companies use this before.
